The Miracles of Dr. Dahesh and His Spiritual Manifestations (MH)
Marie Hadad
$15.00
This is the third volume in the Series: The Miracles of Dr. Dahesh and His Wondrous Prodigies. The painter and author, Mary Hadad, relates some miracles which happened from January 1944 until mid- July of the same year.
In her introductory chapter, Marie Hadad relates how she and the members of her family became acquainted with Dr. Dahesh and their belief in his divine message. She also makes reference to the Daheshist teachings and the significance of a miracle.
The reader finds in this volume the miracle of the death of the birds and their restoration to life again, the immediate materialization of golden coins in the hands of the Speaker of the Lebanese House of Parliament, the transformation of water into wine. Another interesting aspect of this book is the correlation of the account of the miracles with the persecution campaign mounted against Dr. Dahesh, this persecution which began since the first spiritual session but which got increasingly violent and vicious after Mary Hadad and her family embraced Daheshism and Beshara El-Khoury rose to the presidency of the Lebanese Republic.

Eulogies by Learned Authors, Journalists, Statesmen, Clergymen and Others about the Founder of Daheshism
Group of Writers
$15.00
In the middle of 1947, the Lebanese newspapers published news of the execution of Dr. Dahesh in Azerbaijan, north of Iran, providing by way of evidence two photographs supposedly of Dr. Dahesh, before and after the execution. The truth is that Dr. Dahesh, at that time, was living in Beirut away from public notice due to the oppressive persecution by the Lebanese government. As for who was the man executed and what the secret of the news was, the answer to these questions is provided in the introduction to the book.
When news of the death of Dr. Dahesh spread out, his friends and acquaintances paid tribute to him: enumerating his virtues, and his outstanding qualities as well as his positive influence on them. This book comprises the sum total of the eulogies which were written, in addition to selections of the handwriting of those who eulogized him.

The Knell of Sorrows or The Lamentations of Jeremiah
Dr. Dahesh
$15.00
Dr. Dahesh is probably the first writer who rendered in his own style the Lamentations of Jeremiah in the city of Jerusalem after its ruin in the sixth century and the diaspora of its people. His version of the Lamentations stands out for its smoothely running expressions, and profusion of novel imagery which leave a deep impression. No doubt, the comparison between the old and new lamentations is an interesting topic for study.
The question remains: why did Dr. Dahesh recast these Lamentations? One wonders whether he wanted to stress divine justice which he believes in and preaches, or perhaps he had a further purposeā€”one related to the country which persecuted him.
